1. The competition opens today and closes on January 15th, 2025, at midnight. No late entries will be accepted. By entering this competition, you accept the rules and agree that your name and entry will be published on social media pages.

2. The prizes are described on the Boundless Southern Africa website. All costs that are over and above the prize, as well as personal expenses, will be the responsibility of the winner.

3. The winner will be decided by a lucky draw, and the prize will be awarded based on the first entry drawn. The draw will take place on or before February 7th, 2025, and the name of the winners will be announced on or before February 9th, 2025.

4. Should the draw be postponed for any reason, a new draw date will be announced on the Boundless Southern Africa social media channels no later than 5 days after the original draw date.

5. The winner will be notified via the Boundless Southern Africa social media channels within 7 days from the date of the draw. The winner will have 24 hours to notify the Promoter via return email that they accept the prize. Failure to accept the prize within this time frame will result in a redraw, and a new winner will be selected.

6. Any personal data submitted will be used in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and relevant consumer protection legislation unless otherwise permitted by the entrant. All entrants agree that any content provided in the entry may be displayed on the Boundless Southern Africa social media pages.

7. Directors, employees, and consultants of Boundless Southern Africa and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

8. This prize may not be exchanged for cash.

9. We will publish the names of the winner on the Boundless Southern Africa social media pages by February 9th, 2025.

10. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions.

11. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting a prize.

12. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice, due to reasons outside our control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud).

13. We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by anything outside our reasonable control. In the event of any change or termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights they have in respect of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Boundless Southern Africa.
