Description

Zarafa means “the beloved one” or “the lovely one” in Arabic. The name comes from a giraffe presented to Charles X of France in 1826 by the Viceroy of Egypt who travelled from Africa in a traditional Dhow. The Suite is located adjacent to Zarafa Camp, Botswana’s first and only Relais & Chateaux property and overlooking the Zibadianja Lagoon. Central to the Dhow Suite is a full lounge and dining area fitted with dining table, leather couch and chairs.
