Venter Tours was founded in 2003 by Caspar and Katja Venter in Neubrandenburg and specializes in trips to southern and eastern Africa. Born in South Africa, Caspar Venter fulfilled a dream when he founded the company: to bring his homeland and culture closer to the people of Europe. There are now 16 employees and Africa experts working for Venter Tours – a competent team, which has enabled the company to successfully position itself on the market. The range of customers extends from Germany, Switzerland and Austria to English-speaking countries such as Great Britain and Australia.
The travel offer has grown continuously – along with the number of guests. Over 200 different trips and travel modules can now be offered. The range of offers extends from individually designed self-drive tours with your own rental car to guided group tours, either as a camping variant or in fixed accommodation. Exclusive fly-in safaris, the so-called fly-in trips in the middle of the African bush, are now among the most popular Africa trips. Not to mention family trips, which are also presented in a separate catalogue.
Every trip should be a special experience for the customer – and a good experience for the people in the travel regions. A respectful and responsible treatment of the local people, their culture and tradition, as well as the environment are essential for Venter Tours.
Therefore, great importance is attached to the careful selection of accommodation and local partners. Locally and lovingly run accommodation, such as guest houses, lodges and farms instead of large international hotel chains are therefore predominantly to be found in the offers.
